Flowering Phoenix Candle Co. wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. However, if your order ends up damaged during shipping, please send us a photo of the damaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
