How To Care For Your Candle

  1. Place candle on a stable, heat resistant surface away from flammable objects and drafts.

  2. Always keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.

  3. Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent "tunneling" (approx. 3 - 4 hrs).

  4. Avoid burning your candle for more than 5 hrs. at a time. Stop burning candle when only 1/4" of wax remains in jar.

  5. Trim the wick of any "mushrooming" and to 1/4" tall (except tealights) before you relight your candle.

  6. Never leave a burning candle unattended.  Always extinguish the candle before leaving the room.

Sweet, subtle fragrance

First of all, the Flowering Phoenix candles are pure and non-toxic, which is my primary concern. I will not burn paraffin or soy candles or any candle with toxic scents. The fragrance of the Pina Colada candle is lovely. It is sweet without being overpowering at all, so it gives a fresh scent. I have been buying travel tins so far, as it is a good way to sample the fragrances. They are also the perfect size to have in our travel trailer when we go on a trip. So glad I found this company!
